But whereas these stories were conveyed in the recording by way of the lyrics, here in the video, volumes are telegraphed via peoples’ stares, subtle expressions, and the contours of their faces. 27 Boston musicians were cast in ‘Fate’ from a pool of artists whose careers collectively cover six decades of music.
